Flower Powered Drinks

Garnishing with flowers doesn't have to stop with food, they can look stunning in drinks - hot or cold.


From: A cooling jug of water

To: A refreshing glass of wine


You can just pick fresh EDIBLE flowers from the garden, which I often do. But it is very easy to freeze the flowers in ice cubes, they keep fresh and can be keep all year round.


A reminder of Summer on Christmas Day!


The flowers do tend to float on the water but they are still well preserved.


Last but not least we have the flower or herbal infusion "Tisanes' these have a page to themselves.
