Coconut Yoghurt with Blueberries and Banana

Ingredients

 

Carton coconut yoghurt

Blueberries

Banana, sliced

Desiccated coconut to garnish

 

Method

  1. Place about four/five tablespoons of coconut yoghurt into a small dessert bowl or a teacup

  2. Mix in the sliced banana

  3. Sprinkle some blueberries over the top

  4. Sprinkle some desiccated coconut on the top to make it look pretty!
